Morris H. Deutsch, Esq. Morris H. Deutsch has practiced immigration law, in his own law firm, since 1986. Prior to that, he was employed at the U.S. Department of Justice, defending immigration-related cases in federal appellate and trial courts around the United States, on behalf of the INS, State Department and Labor Department.

Immediately after graduating from law school, Mr. Deutsch served as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He obtained his J.D. degree, cum laude, in 1982 from Boston College Law School, where he was an Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review. He obtained his B.A. in Philosophy, magna cum laude, in 1979 from Boston University. Mr. Deutsch has published several articles and spoken at conferences on the subject of immigration law. He has participated as an attorney in a number of precedent immigration law decisions of the U.S. courts and INS. He is admitted to several bars and many courts around the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Deutsch is active on the boards of directors of several community based and religious non-profit organizations.

Carolyn Ann Killea has practiced immigration law since 1988, and joined this law firm full-time in 2000. She obtained her J.D. degree in 1983, from Syracuse University College of Law. She obtained her M.A. degree in Latin American Studies in 1970, from the University of Texas at Austin. And she obtained her B.A. degree in Latin American Studies in 1967, from Smith College in Northampton, MA. Ms. Killea is fluent in the Spanish and French languages. She is admitted to several bars and many courts around the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court. She has been politically active in immigrant and women's rights issues, including violence against women and family care, for the past 10 years.

Rebecca A. Seboria has practiced immigration law with the firm since graduating from Catholic University of America in 2004. She honed her immigration law skills over the 3 preceding years as an Immigration Paralegal with the firm.
